Worship is a
celebration combining music and prayer to give
honor and reverence to God. Some will honor Him
with intimate and prayerful celebration; while
others will honor Him with singing, clapping,
and dancing to celebrate the joy and love of
Christ in their life. Our worship group plays
contemporary style worship music. Come join us
in our celebration.
Prayer Chain
Prayer needs come from
referrals, on the spot disasters, global
faxes from abroad, or the church body. The
chain is designed to quickly mobilize a body
of persons who can sense the heart of God in
earnest intercession. There is a core of
people who have dedicated themselves to
daytime prayer requests, which is the
primary focus point of their prayers. Have a
prayer request?

I Care Ministry
The 'I Care Ministry' team greets each
person who enters our building so that
everyone feels welcome. We want to share
the love of Jesus with all of you. Our hope
is that visitors and church members feel a
sense of belonging, that they will develop
friendships, and take time to fellowship
with one another.
Prison Ministry
Our prison ministry is
dedicated to ministering to men and women
who are incarcerated at Hunterdon County
Jail by way of singing, praying, preaching,
and bible studies. Inmates, and their
families are taught biblical principles to
further their relationship with Jesus
Christ. Christian counseling for inmates is
available when requested. After released,
care is available for those living in the
Hunterdon County area.
New Jersey Family Policy
Council (NJFPC)
Flemington Assembly of God Church provides information
regarding issues impacting family values.
These include updates, publications and
general information disseminated by NJFPC
concerning new or relevant legislation
affecting the moral climate in New Jersey.
Our mission is to intervene and respond to the breakdown
that the traditional family, the cornerstone
of a virtuous, society is experiencing. In
light of the decline in moral standards, we
are energized by a strong desire and
dedication to pursue justice and
righteousness. We articulate our message
through experts in law, medicine, education,
media, business, government and the church.
NJFPC is a Non Profit Outreach which Ministers in New
Jersey.
If you would like to receive such information, contact Gerry
Yorkshire, or go to the
NJFPC website.
This is an outreach to Senior
Citizens. At least four nursing homes and
several private residences are visited
monthly. Those with special talents engage
the elderly with music, worship and praise,
and the ministering the God's word. We also
encourage the seasonal giving of gifts,
devotionals and flowers as an expression of
our love. Finally, this ministry also
features occasional, non-scheduled visits to
hospital patients of all ages needing
encouragement and spiritual renewal.
